Hacked on all my accounts

The other day I believe I got hacked and sent scams from all of my Discord accounts, and also my Instagram account. I thought I removed potential malware by using two anti-virus softwares but today I’m noticing that my TikTok account sent these weird messages in Turkish of more crypto scams to these random people.
I don’t know whether I should reset my laptop completely because I have a lot of stuff on there, or what.

Please help.
