OET Speaking Technical Issues

Hey everyone, I had my OET speaking test scheduled for today. I had the secure browser installed, and all permissions were granted. However, partway through my test, I received an error message stating that programs were running in the background and posed a security risk. The secure browser kicked me out of my test. By the time I was able to get back on, the proctor stated that I had run out of time (I was only given 3 minutes to fix the issue and log back in).

Has anyone else faced similar issues? I emailed customer support, but have yet to hear back. I was told I can reschedule the test. Is there a specific way we need to configure our computer (I have a Mac) to make sure there are no issues?
