What's the most boring but important job in a sports organization?

Everyone talks about GMs, coaches, and marketing. But I feel like there are a ton of roles that keep teams running that nobody notices. Stadium operations, finance, HR, analytics, venue logistics. Curious what people think is the most underrated role that actually makes a difference behind the scenes. I'll start: whatever team handles the suite and club seat renewals every year. That seems like a grind but it's where a ton of revenue comes from.
