What's something you used to do manually that now happens automatically and you only noticed when it stopped?

Not the obvious stuff. Not "I used to send invoices manually." The things you forgot were even happening until one day you realized they just... weren't anymore.
For me it was the end-of-day check to see which clients still hadn't sent documents. I used to do it every afternoon during busy season. Took maybe 20 minutes, felt like nothing. I stopped doing it at some point. Didn't notice for three weeks. The reminders were going out. The jobs were moving. Nobody fell through the cracks.
I only realized when a client mentioned they appreciated the follow-up and I had no memory of sending anything.
