help me with my GPU

i have a laptop and the specs are Gtx 1650 4gb vram + I5 10500H with 24gb of ddr4 ram 2666mhz

i am using it for like 5 years and it can't handle games now even the old one for example i am getting 90fps on valorant, 34 avg fps on dark souls 3, 40 fps on eldenring ring after putting my resolution to 1056x594

i thought it was a ram issue so i upgraded my ram from 8 to 24 but even now it can't handle games. i looked for the same specs and people are getting more fps than me even in new demanding title. idk what to do can some help me solve the issue
