currently having 2warnings

I am student in Fast University Karachi and currently have two academic warnings. My current GPA is 1.44

I wanted to ask for your guidance regarding my academic standing If I take two courses in Summer Semester and achieve A grades in both will my warning status be removed? Alternatively, would it be better to wait and improve my GPA by taking offered courses in the regular semester?
