Android: Default Tab Can't be Changed

My app is repeatedly and forcibly redirecting to a new "For You" tab. I've been on reddit for sixteen years, my intentionally followed subs ARE my "for me" tab.

The setting to adjust my home tab is either missing or broken: assumed it would be in the "default view" profile setting. It's possible that I'm missing it but there's no way a force redirect every time I open or refresh is intentional. Thanks!
