Was it announced that Bob's Burgers was going to have 15 episodes per season from season 16?

I may be way behind the news on this: I was checking IMDB, and Bob's Burgers has 15 episodes per season for season 16 to 19. Has this been confirmed as the new season length?

For context I was still expecting 22 episodes like the previous seasons, so I have been checking to see if episode 16 was released yet. I was surprised to see there was only 15 episodes for this season (and going forward), so I thought maybe I'd missed some news.
