Whatsapp msgs Eng

Hi

I have a tribunal claim. My friend and former colleague is completely freaking out that his whatsapp messages will be disclosed. There are a lot of messages to him and some info is relevant as contemp evidence. There idnt anything that undermines my case. Often we are having about 4 discussions at once so the messages dont flow logically.

I have tried to assure him that I will redact his name and number and that I will redact all irrelevant info. I have also explained that these chats would be in a bundle with other chats anonymised in the same way (also former colleagues) so harder to figure out who said what. However he is now worried that the R could misattribute messages as being from him and that this could impact on his future employment prospects with the employer (a massive NHS trust). Can someone with experience with NHS trusts please share any relevant info that might help him worry less.

Also can I redact his opinion. E.g if I said, 'he has it in for me' and he said 'the boss can be sensitive'?

Thanks
