I'm looking for workflow advice from people who regularly edit long-form videos.

I've been editing my own videos for about a year, and I feel like my production process is much slower than it should be.

For most projects, I handle everything myself:

• Scripting
• Voice-over recording
• Footage selection
• Music
• Sound effects
• Basic animations
• Final editing

The biggest issue is that a single video can take me several days or even weeks to finish.

My goal is to learn how to complete long-form videos within 1–2 days instead of spending weeks on a single project.

I'd like to learn how more experienced editors organize their workflow and reduce production time without completely sacrificing quality.
