New to DS3, was hoping for a build idea

I'm playing DS3 as a first playthrough for me and two friends (first time for all of us), and was hoping to run maybe a Dex/Faith/Int build. I like Miracles, but I also really like, well, sorceries, since they also seem to be a bit better offensive-wise. (I am fine ditching Faith or Int though)

However, I also wanna run Frostbite, since after getting the Straight Sword it seems really cool, or maybe even Frostbite + Bleed (cause i also, really like katana. if you cant tell already, I'm quite indecisive). But, I was hoping for maybe some advice, or to maybe see if a build with allllll that was even possible. Thanks folks!
