Battery backup of airpods pro 2

I bought used airpods pro 2 which are 2 years old. As there is no way to know the battery health of aripods or the charging case. I thought of using airpods until they die out of charge and see how many hours they run. Mine are running 5 hours on full charge on Adaptive setting. Is it good backup? How much backup your airpods giving.
