New editions releases

I’m fully out of MtG now and I’ve gone all-in on RB. One of the reasons I drifted away from Magic was the absurd, impossible-to-keep-up-with flood of new releases.

I know Riot also has a reputation for being a cash grab, but for the health of the game, does anyone know if they’ve publicly said anything about wanting to keep RB’s release schedule at a pace that feels good for players and the fanbase to actually follow?

I swear, if their plan is to get to the Magic point — dropping a new set every 40-something days — I’ll just stick to cards from the first few sets and stay firmly in kitchen table mode.

But man, it would be amazing to follow RB if they manage to keep the game environment healthy, growing at a pace where we actually have at least a year to enjoy and digest the new cards before the hype for the next spoiler season starts.
