Market Instability

Anyone else notice a lot of their PSA 10s crashing recently? Curious if it’s just my PC and if not what people think could be causing this market variance. I’m obviously aware of their backlog but am curious how that/why that would affect the market in a negative way. New to this market, so any insight is appreciated.
