On vacation and MyHyundai not updating...

Hey there, I've got a 2023 SEL with about 14000 miles on it and no issues so far. I'm on a 2 week trip driving a dumb internal combustion rental—gas stations suck. I left on the 13th and checked Bluelink once on June 19th to see if the battery had ticked down at all—it hadn't, 12v (an AGM that has given no problems) was sitting at 80% at that particular time. I know not to keep checking it, which is why I've only done so once so far, but checked it again this morning out of curiosity and neither the bluelink script for iPhone nor the myHyundai app will connect to the car at all. My housesittter can't check on the car because it's sitting in long term parking in the airport. My nightmare scenario is getting back to the airport at 9pm in a few days, baby and car seat in tow, and finding a car that won't move. Could this just be a connectivity issue as the app suggests? Does the bluelink connection just stop after a certain number of days without the car being started? Any insight based on personal experience would be welcome!
