Looking for a lawyer

Good afternoon, everyone. I would like to ask for any recommendation to find a lawyer around Cavite who handles annulment case for my brother-in-law. He recently married a Filipina and unfortunately, she cheated him. They were married just two months ago in Samar. My brother-in-law is currently in France now and hopefully through this post, I could find a solution how to help him.
