(Video is not mine)
Before anything, this is all for good fun, and I don’t mind if you decide to take this down (Because it’s technically unrelated), I just think there’s interesting abilities here to discuss for other or future characters. I can of course just post them separately if this does get taken down.

Class: Technical or Strike
Hp: 200
Gp: 150
Size: Large (AFO size)

**Special Action: Goro Goro No Mi**
Only has 2 charge, and will be placed on a 60 second cooldown when depleted, and a 40 second recharge if only one has been used.

When starting a game, enter with special depleted, but halfway recharged.

The special action has two functions:
When Enel acknowledges a marker (I’ve only played PC, so middle mouse click a marker(any type)), he’ll instantly teleport to marker. But additional, anyone (including teammates) who was either on Enel, the marker or in between is dealt 250 damage and placed in shock (Electrified). The teleport has a tracker effect (Nagant alpha or special action visual effect) it’ll detail the direct path where Enel and the marker was, and is what’s considered the in between. It also bypasses buildings and objects. This consumes one charge.

When using Special Action (so PC, it’s R), Enel will enter an intangible state and Electrical (anyone who makes contact is shocked). This state does NOT allow Enel to pass through objects, but does allow him to pass through players and their quirks (and except for objects created by players, e.g Cementoss). This state cannot be cancelled out by Enel and will last 15 seconds. Enel is still able to use his skills This will fully consume all charges on activation.

**Melee:**
His air melee is where he stomps with both legs (Like Super Smash Bros Ultimate Ganondorf down air) causing foe to fast fall in hitstun and bounce back up, similar effect to OFA Deku Gamma or Mirko Beta. Dealing 50 dmage, 250 dp.

Melee 1 is a standard forward punch with a lot of start up lag (like his reeling his arm back, so if someone was hit by it and the person stopped, then they could roll before Enel could do another melee 1), 30 damage, 50 dp.

Melee 2 is Enel doing a quirk flurry of punches with his right hand, he has a bored expression while looking away, deals 40 damage, 100 dp.

Melee 3 is Enel then grabs the opponent (Think like strike Shiggy’s Gamma) and shoves them down, meaning they’re placed right in front of him, so retreating will be difficult. Dealing 30 damage, 350 dp.

Full string does 150 damage

**Alpha: God’s Reverberation**
There’s two stages of his Alpha, the small beam project, then if the beam hits surface instead of a player, there’s blue circle that will call down a 1 second delayed blue lighting bolt (Like strike AFO beta). The beam at all levels travels at the same speed as Assault Deku’s Alpha, and the lighting strikes at instant speed after the second delay and bypass buildings as it occurs from the top of the skybox to marked location.

The lighting strikes won’t deal damage to allies, but will place them in a shocked state. But if the user is struck, then they enter the Electrical state.

At level 9 there’s 10 charges. When partially reloading, takes about 5 seconds to reload one. Full reloading from depletion takes about 15 Seconds to restore all charges. The beam deals 75 Damage, 100 dp and 50 EV. The lighting strike deals 140 damage, 250 dp and 100 EV.

(I’m not sure how the Electrified state is applied, but I’m assuming it’s like dp(EV is Electrified Value and triggers the Electrified state at and pass 100))

**Beta: 200, 000, 000 Volt Amal**
Enel transforms into a giant demonic form of Raijin. Acting the same as Mt. Ladies Special Action, with the damage reduction, it being percentage based and cancellable, and the same amount reload time. At level 9, shorter duration and less damage scaling at lower levels

Though it transforms his Alpha from **God’s Reverberation** to **Raigoh**. The beam is scale to be larger and slower, with dealing 120 damage, 250 dp, 100 EV. But a well timed roll will bypass the beam. Now additionally, even if it hits a player, it’ll immediately call down Raigoh, it’s works exactly like YAFO big Beta attack. With it slowly descending down and dealing massive damage only at the bottom. 200 damage, 200 dp, 100 EV. Though the beams don’t harm allies, but Raigoh (The giant ball) will deal halve damage and leaves them Electrified. Gamma’s size is scaled with the size. Melee damage is increased by 50%.

Will in this state, you can bypass Mt. Ladies giant’s form defence increase, so you deal normal damage. But she also bypasses your giant’s form increased defence, so she’s deal normal damage against you.

**Gamma: The True Power Of A GOD**
His Gamma is weird, where its effects before level 9 are all passive. With the Gamma having the disabled display until it reaches level 9, where it has 1 charge, reloads after 130 seconds.
Before level four:
Has no effect

Before level 7:
His character model will now have his Taiko Drums (The ring embedded in his upper shoulder with the drums). This drums now allow Enel to channel electricity better than ever. Making it so that whenever Enel is Electrical (State where if anyone touches you, they’ll be Eletricfied), reload on his Alpha and Beta is 50% faster.

Before level 9:
His character model is now holding a golden trident around the size of him. A weapon fit for a superior being! Whenever he uses his Alpha or Beta, Enel also does a swing with the trident, where it deals 70 melee damage, but does 500 dp, with decent knock back (As frame of reference, Assault Kirishima Beta level 4 can hit him distance). But this trident also changes his melee chain, but giving him longer reach and additional 20 damage on every hit. The longer reach is balanced with a slimmer hitbox and weaker tracking on his grounded melee. Since he uses his right hand, it’ll appear on the right side of the player model, giving characters that are in front him, chose to either try and circle him on the left side, so he can whiff his extended melee. Or predict that he’ll use his Alpha or Beta instead.

Air Melee, Enel now does a pogo jump with trident (Like Shovel Knight), with a manics expression. Still keeps the same effect, dealing 70 damage, 250 dp.

Melee 1, this attack comes out faster now, as Enel lunges forward slightly with the trident extended. Dealing 50 damage, 150 dp.

Melee 2, Enel does a flurry of pokes as he lends forward with a crazed look one his face. Dealing 60 damage, 50 dp.

Melee 3, Enel holds the trident over his head with both hands and slams downward, placing the foe in front of him without the grab effect. Dealing 50 damage, 300 dp.

Full string damage: 230 melee damage

At level 9:
His character model now has blue light trail around his eyes (Kirishima’s Special Action), as he now unlocks his Mantra (Observation Haki). Now when he uses gamma, whoever is in range (Image tech shiggy Alpha search range) is now seen through wall by only Enel, as their Hp and Gp is displayed, by also if any of their quirks are on cooldown. So imagine in the centre of the outline, there’s three symbols, with the Alpha symbol on top of the column, followed by Beta and Gamma’s symbol. Then next to them is tick for if that quirk skill is NOT depleted and a x if it depleted. Opponents can see that they’re revealed and leave the range of Gamma, but foes can accidentally enter without knowing. Though in this state, the user has their defence reduced by 75% and attack reduced by 25%.

**Tuning:**
**Special Tuning:** Electrically Agumented
At level 11: Effect lasts for 30 seconds, Cooldown for 130 seconds.
Effect: After leaving a Eletricfied state, enhance the character Movement Speed, Attack Speed and give increased damage and reload speed.

**Normal Tuning**: Increases Special Action Reload, Increase Beta reload.
