Worst App Ever, go for other alternatives

This is by far the worst app ever I have ever downloaded or subscribe for. The payments go through but you never get the credits, you do not even have any option to contact the support team or send an email on the app.

You will have to open the webpage to do that. Even if you raise a ticket you never get an acknowledgement of that, this means a ticket has not even created in the backend.

I have raised 12 to 13 queries for the same and I have not even received an automated acknowledgement for that. It does not even get submitted.

Their ChatBot is also horrible, somehow through the chat bot I was able to create a successful ticket of which I received an automated email, but I still don’t know how I did that, because I am unable to do that again.

Worst App ever worst team ever!

Pretty sure the 14 5* ratings they have got on app store are by their employees/friends

Go for other alternatives.
