Got an email from my course lead about “course progress” — should I be worried?

Hey everyone, I recently got an email from my major lead inviting me to have a chat regarding my course progress.
The email says they want to discuss my academic progress, review my study plan, talk about unit selections, and whether my major/specialisation is still the best fit for me.
What’s making me anxious is the subject line: “A chat regarding course progress.”
I’m worried this might mean I failed a unit or I’m at academic risk.
The email itself doesn’t directly mention failing, unsatisfactory progress, or anything like that.
Has anyone received a similar email before? What did it end up being about?
