Mercor understanding

I have been job hunting in the last 8 months and I have tried everything but still yet to get an offer.

I’ll like to explore Mercor but not sure where to start, I signed up already and applied for some generalist projects. I’ll like to get some tips and further understanding of the platform and what I could do to potentially get an offer

I’ll appreciate all the help I can get.
