Jack and pack - relevel house

Recent purchase, floors not level, it's on concrete stumps, next step is jack and pack. Only parts of house need to be jacked, some areas worse than others, ranges from 20-50mill.

Anyone have experience with this. What damage can be expected to walls, roof. Etc. for those who have been through this, is there anything I should be aware of, anything you wish you did differently?
