Do you guys think we'll ever see the LIs interact?

I've been playing this game for a year and I think it's losing so much potential by not having the main characters ever even mention each other (outside of Zayne and Caleb). We would have such a richer storyline and way better understanding of the LIs being able to watch them interact and see their different ways of handling being around someone who's also very important to MC, loves MC the same way they do and who's romantic feelings could be reciprocated by MC. But I fear that Infold is too scared to do this because of possible backlash, seeing the fandom reacts so strongly to...well, every change they make, plus it could give an "opening" to more shipping the LIs together (which would be something silly to worry about in my opinion). How do you guys feel about this?
