Vibration after drop, things to look out for?

While I was using my thermal to spot rats (gun unloaded, safety on. Just wanted to add the context for the safety‑conscious), I wasn’t really paying attention to how the rifle was rested. The front of the barrel slipped and hit a stone wall with a bit of pressure.

No real damage, just a scratch on the thread protector. But, the vibration was enough to loosen the thermal sight slightly.

Since that little bump was enough to shake the optic loose, I’m wondering if there’s anything else I should be checking for or keeping an eye on?
