Strange behavior with Xtoys and Tingler

I'm fairly certain this is operator error on my part, but I noted something weird last night when trying to drive my Tingler through Xtoys.

It works fine on No Pattern, and on some of the patterns, but then I'll try switching to another and even though I see signal on the VU graph, and haven't changed any power settings, there's just no output.

Sometimes it will come back if I change the frequency control from Pattern to Manual, sometimes it won't.

Is this a thing where Xtoys is limiting frequencies and the file is outside that range?

I know there's better ways to drive a Tingler, I'm just used to xtoys from my Coyote and trying to keep the experience at least somewhat familiar.
