Left eye twitching constantly

For the last 2 weeks, my left eye has been twitching constantly and the frequency of the twitching increases with each passing day. When I looked up if this might be a symptom of a serious health problem, it says it’s nothing bad and that the twitching is caused by stress, too much caffeine or lack of sleep etc etc. I don’t drink coffee and if I do, it’s very little. I usually just drink water. I’m not stressed and I get loads of sleep even though I sometimes go to bed late, but every day I get at least 9 hours on average.

I can’t help but think something might be wrong. I just want it to go away.
