Hi everyone, need an advice regard ps5 experience on TV with variable refresh rate vs a monitor

Hello everyone, got a ps5 a few months back and need an advice, does 30fps look worse on monitor than tv? I just got a ps5 & been playing on a monitor, on monitor 30fps is looking really bad but some people say 30fps experience is smoother on a TV with VRR vs a monitor, can anyone confirm that?
