MR20 DB Ice Build Discussion

So I recently beat Velkhana and noticed its gear, specifically the boots giving 5 Ice Attack / Crit Element 3 / Element Exploit 1. I'm the type of person who follows guides and stuff, and I'm trying to break out of that habit and deviate, so I'll also preface this by saying I'm a newbie, and I'm really sorry if I say something dumb lol, and I haven't really experimented.

WITH THAT SAID,

While other elements exist and I'll need to make builds, I want feedback for this, such as possible substitutes, removals, etc.

Lunagaron Helm / Nargacuga Mail / Malzeno Greaves / Rathalos Coil / Velkhana Greaves.

In total this gives me Critical Eye 5, Ice Attack, Attack Boost 4, Critical Element 3, Windproof 3, Wirebug Whisperer 2, Critical Boost 1, Evade Window 1, Blight Res 1, Flinch Free 1 and Element Exploit 1. This also gives me the following deco levels:

2, 2, 3, 1, 4, 2, 4, 1.

Talisman suggestions are welcome too, my initial thought is Critical Boost 1 with a level 3 decoration. This is a little muddier because I suppose it's reliant on RNG?

Anyway, I just figured I'd see what others thought, since I usually just follow guides and builds and such and always have, and I'm trying not to lol.
