Hair thinning

When Covid first hit really bad a few years ago and I got it, one of the main things that happened to me was hair loss. And it continued even after I was over Covid. It would come out in small clumps in the shower or when I’d brush my hair. I’ve lost over half of my hair over time. The front hairline is thinning and my part is getting wider as well. Anyone else experiencing hair loss or thinning have any suggestions or recommendations? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
