Need reccomendations for some seriously terrifying games.

I'm a seasoned horror game nthousiast and have played most mainstream horror games as well as some indie stuff on itch and stuff.

I've played anything from amnesia and outlast to recently the resident evil franchise.

But nothing sems scary to me anymore. i've played all the moder re games by now and none of them even 7 scared me in the slightest. At most i got tensed at stuff like the jack baker main house part but thats it. I'ts kinda like that with everything i play nowadays. I was playing amnesia the bunker recently and it got me tensed but after a while that was more than overpowered by the frustration of having to refil the generator over and over and after the beast attacked once the tension was lost on me.

I have tried some vr horror games, but same story, plus its way too warm now in europe to be playing vr games.

I need some reccomendations for stuff that will terrify me to my core. I'm talking games that have made you cry out of fear, fear your own house, ...

Could be mainstream, could be some unknown game of gamejolt or itch.
