My bf is verbally abusive especially when drunk

My boyfriend (32) got really drunk over the weekend and said things to me I wouldn’t even say to my worst enemy. He called me a slut, a whore , broke , bitch , worthless that he wants to smash my skull in, etc. I tried to leave multiple times but then he would either hide my keys or tell me he was going to kill himself. This went on for over 2 hours , screaming at me while I just laid on the floor hysterically crying not even attempting to fight back. I recorded him for my own safety showed it to him in the morning and he was very apologetic. He has done this to me in the past but I’ve also been drunk or didn’t record it so he has been able to manipulate me into thinking I was the problem and not being sober made me forget a lot of details.

He told me today he wants to sit down and talk about what we both need in the relationship and how to move forward. He is angry at me that I don’t save enough money and that I get jealous. Am I in the wrong for not wanting to listen to his concerns after what hell he put me through?
