Duplication of Solid Bodies in Cutlist

Hello, masters of SolidWorks, can you share some insights into what causes the duplication of solid bodies in the cutlist after using the Trim/Extend feature? Attached is the screenshot of two identical bodies. I traced it back from the feature manager tree, and the duplication starts on the Trim/Extend feature. Thank you!
