[AZ/TX] high conflict custody exchange remedies
Location: custody case based out of AZ where noncustodial parent resides. Exchange occurs in TX where custodial parent lives (where conflict is occurring)
At the final orders hearing the judge urged parents to mediate in the court room as a permanent relocation to TX was granted for the minor child due to DV and other factors. Custodial parent requested paternal grandmother not be allowed at custody exchanges due to her hot headed nature and history of assaulting maternal grandmother at a prior custody exchange while the minor child was present. As part of mediation, it was agreed that paternal grandmother could pick the child up from daycare in a contactless pickup format, however, this was not officially written into the order. It was verbally stated and agreed to under oath in front of the judge.
Fast forward to now and paternal grandmother refuses to partake in contactless pickup and arrives early to daycare forcing contact with custodial parent. There has also been multiple instances of her raising her voice and attempting to instigate fights within the daycare. Most recently, she asked the daycare owner to fight her in the daycare lobby and proceeded to berate custodial parent upon arrival.
What remedies does custodial parent have to address this situation? Daycare owner does not want to get involved in any legal processes or have her trespassed for personal reasons (local family owned spot - I’m not sure exact reasons but was told that they did not feel comfortable getting involved).
