Need some simple bankroll tips for online gambling

Been playing on online casinos and a few USA casinos lately, mostly online slots with some sports bets mixed in. Problem is I keep going through my balance way faster than I planned. Most sessions are around $80–$150, but if I start losing early I sometimes chase it, which obviously makes the whole thing worse.
