Rtx 2080

Hello to everyone, I am having some issues with my graphics card. A friend of mine gave me a 2080 with 3 fans and I plugged into my pc, at the beginning it running okay but today 1 of the fans is working at 100% the middle one at idle speed and then third one is inactive. I tried tweaking msi afterburner, tried benchmarks to see if the GPU is getting hot or overloaded but nothing. When I am in bios or in safe mode the fans are working on idle but the one that was inactive seems like trying to start but can’t. I DDU it was running fine then I installed drivers and boom we are back at where we started. Anyone can help me because it drives me crazy and I can’t figure out what the problem is
