Feeling not enough

I am a Trans woman and my partner is a cis man he came out to me as polyamorous and wats a cis woman to add and im not comfortable with it... we have a female roommate who teases him and gets him hard and then he wants to have sex with me and gets mad that I don't want to have sex when another women turned him on.... he says I don't listen and talk to him like he like he needs but he tells me im always enough and he doesn't want to lose me we've been together for 12 years and im starting to feel like im not enough of a woman for him and im just so lost and confused I don't know what I should do anymore....
