Permit vs unpermitted remodel

I am looking at a house that was recently remodeled. 2 Bathrooms and a kitchen. The seller didn’t pull any permits for this remodel. Should I be concerned or continue to pursue this house? SFH in SF in sunset neighborhood roughly 3 Million.

As a buyer what type of deduction if any should I look for given the SF SFH housing market?
