Torrent movies for Plex

I want to get a bunch of movies and shows on my Plex, im not sure which torrent to use preferably without malware of course. And also, if i do find a way to torrent, doing it one by one seems very slow, is there any way, that you just get a bunch of shows and movies in one go. If so, could you tell me how perhaps :D

Thanks in advance!
