Is it normal to get aroused and horny when I poop?

Hi! I don't know if it's normal or not, but I've noticed that when I'm most horny is right when I feel the urge to poop. About 80% of the time, after I finish, I end up masturbating, and it feels amazing.

Do you know what this could be? Is anyone else experiencing this?
