New Clone?

Ive been over the wiki 4 times and cannot find a matching board. It appears to be a v20 in the bottom half and v12 above. It arrived with a jumbled SD card, but found an rf3536k3ka.dtb file which according to the DTB checker is a partial match to "clone type 3 panel 1". Its otherwise bricked and im just trying to boot it.
