Steam box alternative

I've got a Ryzen 5 2600 and rtx 2070s in storage that I've since upgraded from. Would like to see if it's cost effective and feasible to use those and build my own steam box considering the prices of the steam box. Could someone help me find some parts? Would prefer very small form factor case if possible.
