Current Job Market

Experienced RN here (12+ years), wondering how other RN’s who are looking for new/different roles are doing in their search. I feel like it’s slim pickings out there… even considering going back to night shift to make a move to a different health system that is less of a commute. Thankful to have a job currently, just wanted to see if my experience is unique, as I’ve never had trouble finding new roles before😬
