From 1mg to 0.5mg after 1.5 years

Advice please. Im basically on my own.. I have severe m.e cfs and have been using clonazepam to help with sensory overload sleep and post Exertional Malaise. I want to get off... I am going to take 0.5mg tonight going forward and will see how that goes. I can barely use my phone due to m.e cfs. But I need some sort of consultancy. .. I cant get smaller reductions here 2mg pill scored in 4 is all that's available.
