At will tickets?

Hi I might buy some at will tickets form a lady on marketplace, I know it’s risky but I’m going through the steps and calling her and if I do go with it she says she will give me a picture of her id and her last 4 digits of her credit card used to make purchase.

Will this work or be enough? Any help and previous experiences appreciated
