Order not being delivered

2 days passed, my order goes out for delivery and at eod is marked 'unable to deliver'. Ordered a phone, paid promise fee+credit card transaction fee.

Ordered back cover and screen guard from Amazon a day later when booked the phone, got the cover, phone yet not delivered.

Tried calling delivery person 20 times today over 5 hours, always busy.

Is my last resort getting the order from their warehouse?

Also noticed a lot of folks raising concerns over late deliveries, what's going on with Flipkart lately?
