Quick Mod notes about bans, scammers, and pictures
Hello everyone,
A quick note to those who use this group appropriately and in good faith:
Let me be perfectly clear: fake profiles, scammers, solicitors, and anyone attempting to misuse this community will be removed immediately. There are no warnings, no second chances, and no appeals. If you are banned, do not waste your time messaging the moderator team expecting a discussion, explanation, or reconsideration. You are not owed one. We are here to protect this community, not to provide customer service to people who knowingly violate the rules.
For those who seem confused about how Reddit handles bans, here is the reality: ban evasion is not subtle, and it is not difficult to detect. Reddit has systems in place to identify users who attempt to return after being banned. If you create a new account to circumvent a ban, that behavior is flagged, your activity is subject to review, and it becomes exceptionally easy for us to remove you again. If you have already been banned, attempting to sneak back in is not clever — it is simply a waste of everyone’s time.
Now, regarding posts: put in some effort. If you are posting in this community, your post needs to include a picture. If you are unwilling or unable to post a legitimate photo of yourself, then this is not the community for you. We are not lowering standards to accommodate low-effort, suspicious, or incomplete posts.
Finally, if you encounter a scammer, solicitor, fake profile, or someone behaving inappropriately, report it. We would much rather deal with it quickly than allow nonsense to linger in the group. We take protecting this space seriously, and the ban button gets used often for a reason.
If you are here genuinely, follow the rules, act like an adult, and you will have no issues. If you are here to waste our time, you will not last long.
