Payment revision required - keep getting same error message

Hey everyone, I do apologize if this isn't the correct subreddit but I can't seem to find answers elsewhere.

I was attempting to purchase a Kindle paperwhite for prime day today, and I keep getting the error message of payment revision required. I just used the same card last night less than 12 hours ago, and I also tried using a different card and keep getting the same message. It then keeps cancelling my order. Has this happened to anyone else? The payment has not gone through on my end. I tried with a basic kindle to see if it was being flagged as too high of a purchase, but still no luck. Customer service FAQs are also not helping :/
