Hey everyone! I'm u/coldoutreacharch, a founding moderator of r/KatmaiVirtualOffice.

This is our new home for everything related to remote work and virtual office software for distributed teams. The sub is named after Katmai, a virtual office platform built for remote and hybrid teams, but this space is for the whole community: anyone who runs a remote company, manages a distributed team, or just works from home and misses the spontaneity of an actual office. We're excited to have you join us!

What to Post
Post anything the community would find interesting, helpful, or inspiring. Share your remote work setups, questions about the best virtual office software, tips for keeping distributed teams connected, and what's actually working for you. We'd love to hear what people are using for virtual office software for remote teams, your wins and frustrations with remote culture, and screenshots of your workspace. Async vs. real-time debates, onboarding tricks, whatever sparks a conversation.

Community Vibe
We're all about being friendly, constructive, and inclusive. Let's build a space where everyone feels comfortable sharing and connecting, whether you're a remote work veteran or just getting started.
