Anyone with experience in Amazon Prime Video hiring process, specifically contractual/agency roles?

Interviewed for a Senior Analyst role at Amazon Prime Video India (Mumbai/BKC) on June 5th via a staffing agency. Had a 30-minute round with the hiring manager, went reasonably well. HR replied on June 11th saying process is long and they're still reviewing candidates. Radio silence since.

Specific questions:

1. Is 3+ weeks post-HM round normal for contract roles routed through an agency?

2. Does Amazon PV India typically close listings before making offers?

3. At what point is silence effectively a rejection?
