Seeking local help for asthmatic stray cat in San Vito Lo capo

Hello all,

I am a tourist currently in San Vito Lo Capo. I have taken notice to a black and white cat (I think it's a female but I didn't get a good look so could be male) near Spiaggia that looks healthy otherwise (well fed, decently clean) but definitely has some kind of asthma or other respiratory issues that I believe require vetinerary attention.

She was very friendly and loved to be pet when I approached her, she might even belong to somebody already. She had very raspy/labored breathing but didn't seem in distress otherwise.

If there are any locals in the area who would be willing to check on this cat or help get it medical cate I would greatly appreciate it. I am a cat lover to my core but unfortunately leave day after tomorrow so cannot do much to help personally.
