Would Kocmoc Unleashed 100% be the hardest achievement in gaming history?

Alright so the Nr. 1 spot on the hardest achievements list for a long time was Arshadows 19-91 on KU until it was recently overtaken by Grief 97%. Some of the hardest verified levels in the game, Ts2 for example, are already up there as some of the hardest things done in gaming. So in theory, KU 100% should top the list right?

(We’re excluding chess for this)
